These terms cover the website. Client projects are governed separately by the written proposal and agreement signed for that project. Where the two differ, the signed project agreement takes precedence.

Enquiries and quotes
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract between us. Any prices shown on this site are starting prices and are indicative only — actual project cost depends on scope, and is confirmed in a written proposal. A project begins only once we have issued a proposal and you have accepted it in writing.

We make a genuine effort to keep the information on this site current and accurate, including articles about web design, SEO and related topics. However, content is provided for general information only. Search engines, platforms and best practices change frequently, and what is accurate at the time of publication may not remain so.
